Information for Campers and Families

2025 Camp Details

Camp Quest NorthWest will host two in-person camp sessions in 2025.

Camp Waskowitz (North Bend, WA): June 29 - July 5, 2024
Camp Kirby (Samish Island, WA): August 17-23, 2024
Cost: $950 per camper

Merchandise

We are currently taking orders for hoodies and extra t-shirts. You can place your order by completing this form before May 10th.

We are also running a fundraiser featuring a special CQNW Retrospective Button Collection for a $20 donation. Order yours by completing this form by March 31st.

Age Limitations

Camp is open to children ages 8 – 17 years old. Campers must be at least 8 years of age prior to the first day of their camp session.

Campers ages 15 and up are automatically welcomed into our Leadership Track (LT) program. There is no additional application required for the LT program.

Camperships

Camperships are available to any family who needs financial assistance to be able to attend camp. When registering, select the campership application in addition to the session you are registering for. If the cost of the deposit is prohibitive, please contact registrar@campquestnorthwest.org to request a deferment of the deposit when completing your camper’s registration.

LT Retreat

LT campers age 15-17 (or who will be 15 by the start of camp) are invited to attend the annual Spring Retreat alongside volunteers. The retreat will be held April 2-4, 2025 at Camp Kirby. The cost to attend is $25, with financial aid available.

Radio Weekend

Campers ages 12-18 are invited to attend Radio Weekend at the Radio Club of Tacoma. Teens will explore the fundamentals of amateur radio, DJ at a community broadcast station, and have the opportunity to sit for their technician or general class license. The cost to attend is $50, with financial aid available. This year’s event took place the weekend of January 17-20, 2025. Stay tuned for information about events in 2026.

Payment and Refunds

$100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.
If the cost of the deposit is prohibitive, please contact registrar@campquestnorthwest.org to request a deferment of the deposit when completing your camper’s registration.
Final payment deadline is for the Spring Retreat is TBD. Final payment deadline for the Camp Waskowitz session is May 25, 2025. Final payment deadline for the Camp Kirby session is July 6, 2025.
Before the final payment deadline, all payments except for the deposit are refundable.
After the final payment deadline, all payments except for the deposit are refundable only if we are able to fill the open spot.
If full payment is not received by the final payment deadline, your spot is forfeited and subject to the refund policy as described above.
Donations made at the time of payment or registration are non-refundable.
How to pay: After registration, payments may be made through UltraCamp or through PayPal by sending payment to treasurer@campquestnorthwest.org with your camper’s name in the Memo/Notes field.
